# DOJ Forms System Documentation

## Overview
Comprehensive forms management system for the Department of Justice portal with full CRUD operations, approval workflows, and status tracking.

## Next Steps
1. Create remaining 28 views using the Expungement Requests pattern
2. Test all CRUD operations
3. Add search/filter functionality
4. Implement file upload for supporting documents
5. Add email notifications for status changes

## Notes
- All forms follow the same pattern for consistency
- Status workflow: pending → approved/rejected
- Only pending items can be edited/deleted
- All forms track who submitted them (user_id)
- Timestamps automatically managed by Laravel
